Peak Technical and Sampo Engineering-San Diego
(Civil Designer) Designed and Drafted Land Development private projects located in northern san diego and riverside counties.

The Scantech (formerly Keith Company): San Diego, CA
(Senior Civil CADD Designer) Designed and Drafted Improvement and Grading plans for major housing developments in Riverside County and San Diego County. I used Land Development Desktop program to complete these projects. Data was taken off of the defined Alignment and Profile design and transferred to the Grading and Street Improvement plans. I added cross-gutters to the Profile and street data tables to the Street improvement plans. One of my most challenging projects was to prepare street curb inlet detail sheets which involved calculating the stations and elevations required to build numerous curb inlet structures. I also set lot line elevations and pad elevations and Grading plans. After the plans were completed I calculated the quantities and worked on the cost estimate using an Excel program.

Wynn Engineering Inc.: San Diego, CA
(Senior Civil CADD Operator) Designed and drafted Civil Improvement and Grading plans. Prepared Slope Analysis exhibits to determine build ability of rural properties. Designed and drafted site plans for commercial development projects. Currently coordinating survey crew by transferring field data from Topcon survey instruments to the PC and developing a point file that is used to create various engineering documents, such as: Site plans, grading and improvement plans, Record of Surveys, Boundary adjustments and construction staking plans for the construction of projects.

Berryman & Henigar: San Diego, CA
(CADD Manager) Responsible for managing the CAD department, which consisted of supervising eight CADD Responsible for managing the CADD department, which consisted of supervising eight CADD operators on various public works projects. Also provided Project Coordination duties for different engineering projects for the City of Poway's engineering department. I prepared plans specifications and cost estimates for a number of demolition projects in the City of Poway.

Michael Baker Jr., Inc.: San Diego, CA
(CADD Operator) Produced terrestrial AutoCAD design drawings for fiber optic cable projects connecting the major urban centers in California between San Francisco and San Diego. Utilized aerial photography to delineate alignment with overlays incorporating all data for manholes, dimensions, stationing, street and feature call-outs and jurisdictional boundaries. Used field generated survey files to produce detailed construction drawings for over 6-miles of terrestrial construction including plan and profiles depicting existing utility crossings with new fiber optic cable installation. Project involved the production of permit and as-built packages for 30 separate construction packages for 30 separate construction packages, 4 beach landings and special R.O.W. drawings for CalTRans.
